Watch & Listen for Amy This Week…

    As a child I grew up to listening to my sisters screaming the words to “He just a fat, fat, fat little baby.” I was merely a rotten 6year old kid, who just knew that getting ready for Sunday morning church service would be lots of Amy Grant music that my sisters would be playing.
    As a child I remember watching Inside Edition and hearing that CCM First Leading lady had “sold out.”
    I was not familiar with the term but would realize it was not shedding positive light on Amy…I remember as child, understanding what music does and how it brings together worlds apart. I thank Amy Grant for being the strong, firm “Christian” that she is. If I’ve seen what God is, I’ve heard it in Amy’s music. I’ve seen how a “true God fearing person” lives and how they struggle, with the life that we travel and how she teaches what is true and what is real, no matter how dark that side of the path may be.
    I thank you Amy Grant for having this rotten 7year old boy grow up and become stronger in a “faith” that no one could explain how you teach it, in your music…
    “I know the touch, I know the voice…”
    To another AMAZING album, that I will play out until the next release date of your next new album…Keep them coming, because you keep us wanting…

    just heard why on joy fm from sarasota and almost had to pull my car over and cry cause just found out a dear friend has terminal cancer and not got a year she is 57. But she has come thru so many trials already from lost of two small boys, cancer twice, MS divorce and now this all I could do is scream WHY LORD WHY

    Amy’s music was instrumental in bringing my wife and I together my first day of highschool back in 1988. We will be celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary this summer and have four beautiful children under the age of 11 to share our “Baby Baby” moments with. Oh How the Years Go By….

    It is awesome to hear our kids rockin’ out to Every Heartbeat in the car on our way home from church on Sundays… :)
