Welcome to Phoenix! We are so excitied for tonight’s show! We were wondering why there was so little promotion done here for the show? No billboards, flyers for the many mega churches (our church alone can
pack a concert-we have ten thousand members), I only heard one radio spot (thank goodness-I bought tickets immediately). I am not trying to tell you guys how to do your job, i just thought you’d like some feedback from this end. My husband did music promotions for years and was really surprised at the low promo he saw for her here, and the number of ticket sales so far. She is adored here in Phoenix, and many people will wish the word had gotten out! Either way, We can not wait for the exciting show tonight. Lead me On was during the best years of my life!!

So excited you are all here!
    Tonight will be fantastic!
Will you please ask Amy to play all or some of Doubly Good to You-would love to hear that song live.
See you all @ the soundcheck.
Enjoy your day here in Phoenix :)

Hi Amy, Welcome to Phoenix!!! I went to my first concert of yours when I was 11 years old, back in 1981. It was in Lubbock Texas and I met you afterwards and also at your signing at the christian bookstore. Now many years later I still say to people who ask, who my favorite artist is and always say Amy Grant, Keith Green and George Michael. You have been a tremendous blessing in my life, thank you.
I will be at your opening tonight in Phoenix. I will be bringing my 11 year old daughter who wants to be a rock star and my 19 year old son. It would be such an honor and priviledge for me to meet you again and introduce you to my children who have grown up listening to you.
It is also on my dreambord and possibility list to one day sing a song with you on stage. I have an unreasonable request to sing with you, “I will remember you” in memory of my brother John who died in 1995 in a car accident. This song always reminds me of him. I took him to see you in Austin Texas in 91 or 92.
I look forward to seeing you tonight!!! My daughters favorite place is the Cheesecake Factory. I hope Phoenix is good to you and your band.
    Loving Always
    Jesse Ferrell
