Final Days

Here it is. The final day of production rehearsals.  I have to be honest and tell you that you are all in for such an amazing night.  We had a run-through last night with friend and family in attendance and it was fantastic.  Whether you saw the original show or were just getting introduced to Christian music this show will bring you back.

We are working this morning on a few minor changes here and there and will close up shop by the end of the day.  The buses will leave tomorrow for Phoenix (the first show) and we will follow next week.  Don't have much time to blog as I have a lot of loose ends to tie up.  If you haven't bought tickets or if you know people that haven't bought tickets get on that now.  You do not want to miss this show because I seriously doubt we will do this at the 40 year mark:)

PS – You will start hearing from our crew as we hit the road next week.

Thank you for taking the time to blog. No doubt the next few weeks are going to be an amazing time of reflection.

Hey, Justin! Thanks so much for these blogs. It’s an unbelievable difference in how “connected” I feel to Amy because of them.
I can’t wait to see what the set and production are like. From yours, Amy’s and Jennifer’s excitement, they must be fantastic.
I have a favor to ask. In the past, when Amy’s had productions that are less organic and/or acoustic, the instuments have tended to overwhelm her vocals. I was hoping that wouldn’t happen this time. I love both the music and the vocals. I would miss both of them if one overwhelmed the other.
Thanks! Can’t wait for the tour!
